Just a suggestion, I try and use what I call the WWWWH rule when posting info or doing a poster. Who, doing What, Where, When and How much. Being human I find the WWWWH rule quite handy but must confess I forget to use it sometimes, much to my annoyance.
Is this a regular event, i.e. weekly, monthly?
